On Monday, Jan. 4, additional charges were filed in the burglary of property belonging to Ronna and Roderick Vance.
Charity Ann Beckner, alias Charity Ann Wade, age 37, of Enid, has been charged in Alfalfa County with grand larceny and burglary in the second degree, both felonies.
Grand larceny is punishable in the state penitentiary for a term of not more than two years or in the county jail for a term not to exceed one year, by a fine not to exceed $1,000, or by both such fine and imprisonment, and restitution. Burglary in the second degree is punishable by imprisonment for up to seven years.
Beckner is accused of taking the following property from a metal barn in Alfalfa County: four new televisions still in boxes, six rifles, one Steyr pistol, a propane heater, a microwave, a Craftsman power tool, Dewalt tool set, electric impact wrench ½ drive, 2-3 floor jacks, two to three books of maple leaf coins and other miscellaneous items.
