The Alva Garden Council is pleased to recognize the Downtown Mall as the Blooming Business of the Month for July. With the inspirational signage and a colorful plant arrangement, they have created a cheerful spot on the southside of the downtown square. The coral-colored geraniums, red impatiens and peace lily greet customers who enter the building while two black diamond crimson red crepe myrtles fill the street-side plots.
