Brianna Duncan, a graduate of South Barber High School, has been awarded a scholarship to attend Northwestern Oklahoma State University during the 2019-2020 academic year.
Duncan will receive the Ranger Preview Scholarship.
The Ranger Preview Scholarship is awarded for participation in Northwestern's annual Ranger Preview event.
