The Oklahoma Home and Community Education (OHCE) Woods County Resource Management Committee, chaired by Grow and Share OHCE, hosted a fifth-grade Earth Day Poster Contest. A first, second and third place winner was selected in each class. The first place prize was $10, second place was $5 and third place received $2. An overall winner was selected out of the first place contestants and was given an extra $5 prize.
Mr. Hamilton's class winners were: 1st place Kaylee Sims, 2nd place Katelee Martin, and 3rd place Kylie Adair.
Mrs. Clapp's class winners were: 1st place Jordyn Pannell, 2nd place Christina Jenlink, and 3rd place Keyli Bowling. Mrs. Eckhardt's class winners were: 1st place Ledy Lozano, 2nd place Kendadie Willis, and 3rd place Ash Fox.
Mrs. Cunningham's class winners were: 1st place Ember Sandoval, 2nd place Avery Gass, 3rd place Austin Adair.
The overall winner was Kaylee Sims.
