During this day there were four traffic stops and two reports of cattle out.

9:15 a.m. – Report of a fire alarm at residence. Advised it was set off accidentally.

12:37 p.m. – Report from a semi that accidentally turned on a street with a sign stating no truck. Requested assistance to back out of the street or to continue down the street. Notified officer.

7:59 p.m. – Caller advised her boyfriend was harassing her after she told him to leave her alone. Advised he came over while she was gone and tried to get into the house. Advised officer. Caller called back and stated he had returned and left again. Advised officer.

During this day there were 14 traffic stops and three civil papers served.

9:16 a.m. – Report of a dog complaint in the 200 block of Texas.

10:56 p.m. – Report in Carmen of broken windows. Deputy photographed the vandalized windows.

Thursday, March 14, 2019

During this day there were four traffic stops, one report of cattle out and three civil papers served.

6:26 a.m. – Report of a vehicle vs deer accident. No injuries and car was off the roadway in the ditch. Advised the fence in the pasture was down, and possible landowner was advised.

9:59 a.m. – Report of an alarm call for a back door alarm going off on State Highway 8.

10:12 a.m. – Welfare check requested.

Friday, March 15, 2019

During this day there were four traffic stops, report of one controlled burn and one report of cattle out.

9:40 a.m. – Report of a truck vs car accident by the post office. Medic and Cherokee Fire Department en route. Medic clear of the scene and no transport.

12:45 p.m. – Report of a missing deposit at Dollar General. Caller advised the individual was seen on camera. Officer took report.

7:03 p.m. – Caller advised he needed to speak to an officer about a possible domestic problem. Advised deputy.

10:08 p.m. – Caller wanted to talk about some dogs that were not being cared for in the 900 block of McCLure in Goltry. Advised they bit her dog a few days ago and nothing had been done. Advised feputy.

During this day there were six reports of controlled burns.

1:11 p.m. – Caller advised he was walking around his house and noticed window screens were missing and his front door was scratched. Advised deputy.

2 p.m. – Report of a grass and hay bale fire north of Amorita.

6:41 p.m. – Residential alarm with a garage door. Officer advised the residence was secure.

9:22 p.m. – Caller wanted a welfare check on a friend. Medic en route. Medic took patient to St. Mary's in Enid.

Sunday, March 17, 2019

During this day there were 10 reports of controlled burns, one report of cattle out and one traffic stop.

3:22 a.m. – Caller advised a SUV with Kansas tags had stopped in the middle of the road at the four-way junction north of Cherokee. Caller honked the horn but the driver only bobbed their head but didn't react. Advised the car's interior light was on in addition to headlights. Officer en route. Deputy en route and made negative contact.

7:12 p.m. – Caller advised of a man walking down State Highway 8, 3 miles north of Cherokee.
