The Woods County OHCE received a $1,000 mini grant from Northwest Oklahoma Bank It, a charitable organization formed to bring citizens together in support of the northwest Oklahoma community and to help people and programs in need. The Woods County OHCE plans to use the fund for scholarships such as the Leila O'Neill Scholarship for graduating high school seniors, as well as scholarships for 4-H members to attend national conferences and fund the local 4-H camp.
