An Alva man is facing four misdemeanor counts after a search warrant was served at his residence.
Michael David Zimmerman, 37, of Alva, has been charged with misdemeanors of (1) possession of controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine), (2) possession of controlled dangerous substance (marijuana), (3) possession of controlled dangerous substance (amphetamine dextroamphetamine) and (4) unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Court papers show a search warrant was served on Dec. 11, 2018, at Zimmerman’s residence located at 921 Oklahoma Blvd. in Alva by members of the Woods County Sheriff’s Office, Alva Police Department, District 26 District Attorney’s Office, Oklahoma Department of corrections and the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs.
Among the items found were:
• One pill bottle containing 21.5 peach color oval pills believed to be amphetamine and dextroamphetamine 20 mg, a Schedule 2 controlled substance, and three pills with “! THC” stamped on one side believed to contain THC, a Schedule 1 controlled dangerous substance.
• A baggie containing a wooden “dugout” containing a metal pipe with marijuana residue and marijuana residue.
• One blue and white pill crusher.
• One pen shaft containing a white powdery residue.
• One black bag containing a digital scale with methamphetamine residue on it.
• One imitation pistol wrapped in black electrical tape.
• One glass jar containing marijuana.
• Marijuana.
• An empty package of The CannaVative Group Rec Sativa Gummez 10pk with residue.
• One empty box of Altus Sativa swallowable pills, with “THIS IS A MARIJUANA PRODUCT” printed on it.
• One plastic Oregon Bed Company White Tahoe Cookies 25.77% THC 0.83% CBD container with residue.
• One calculator with “MZ” written on the inside cover containing one plastic baggie with methamphetamine in it.
Zimmerman was placed under arrest and transported to the Woods County Sheriff’s Office to complete the book in process.
