The Alva Robotics team hosted a bake sale Oct. 5 during the First Friday Art Walk with all proceeds going to the team. On Saturday, Oct. 13, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the team will be at the Heartland BEST Practice Day at the Alva Recreation Complex. The team will have the opportunity to take their robot to the actual game field and see how it performs. Team members and their families are welcome to attend. Game day will be on Oct. 27.
