JOPLIN, Mo. – Missouri Southern's Courtney Marten scored in the second overtime to defeat the Harding women's soccer team 2-1 Tuesday in non-conference action.
The Lady Bisons fall to 0-4-0 on the season.
Missouri Southern improves to 3-0-1.
GOALS
Missouri Southern 1, Harding 0 – 78th minute – Courtney Marten found Andrea Gamez who found the back of the net.
Harding 1, Missouri Southern 1- 85th minute – Bethany Sutherland converted a penalty kick. It was her second PK of the season and her third goal.
Missouri Southern 2, Harding 1 – 103th minute – Courtney Marten found the back of the net. Meredith Belrose had the assist.

Harding had five of its 11 shots on goal.
Missouri Southern took 19 shots, eight were on goal.
Missouri Southern held Harding to one shot in overtime.
