Oklahoma and Eighth

Towle and a passenger, Morgan Krom, 21, of Waynoka, were taken to Share Medical Center by the Alva EMS. Both vehicles had to be removed by wreckers.

Earlier on Tuesday, three vehicles were involved in a collision a block further west. The wreck occurred at Oklahoma Boulevard and Eighth Street at 7:50 a.m. According to a report by Officer Sean Farris, Francis Declan, 25, of Alva was driving a 2010 Ford on Oklahoma Boulevard and failed to stop for a 2001 Chevrolet driven by Tiffany Rose Willson, 20, of Conway Springs, Kansas, that was making a left turn from the inside lane of Oklahoma Boulevard.

After striking the Willson vehicle, the Declan vehicle separated from it and struck a 2017 Jeep Wrangler that was stopped at a stop sign on Eighth Street to the north of Oklahoma. The driver of the Jeep was Amber Genie Bouldin, 34, of Alva.

After impact with the Bouldin Jeep, Declan's vehicle struck a City of Alva fire hydrant and a stop sign.
