Cassie Thereshelle Gordon, Alva, 25, has been charged with maintaining place for keeping and selling controlled substance ($492.75).
Lynn Elloy Logsdon, Alva, 56, has been charged with maintaining place for keeping and selling controlled substance ($452.75), and with distribution of CDS–methamphetamine ($492.75).
Lisa Marie Melton, Alva, 46, has been charged as an accessory to murder in the second degree ($402.75).
Brian Ray Poggemeyer, Alva, 43, has been charged with murder in the second degree ($402.75).

Brodie Wade Bush, Alva, 32, has been cited for speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone (224.50).
Zachary Ryan Chaffin, Alva, 29, has been cited for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle ($249) and for not wearing a seatbelt ($20).
Emil Dewitt Kincey, Fort Worth, Texas, 49, has been cited for speeding 80 mph in a 65 mph zone ($264).
Victor J. Turrubiate-Morales, Perryton, Texas, 28, has been cited for speeding 75 mph in a 65 mph zone ($224.50).
Jamie Douglas Miller, Woodward, 42, has been cited for speeding 87 mph in a 65 mph zone ($319).
Donald Johnson Medlock, Alva, 34, has been charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid drivers license ($294)
