The Board of the Avard Regional Rail Park approved a financial report for the business of this fiscal year through Nov. 14. The project had an income of $96,025, mainly from rail car charges and land leases.
Expenses came to $88,823.89, including costs such as insurance interest, licenses, permits and auditor's fees, and development expenses involving engineering. The overall profit stands at $7,201.11. The balance sheet revealed total assets to be $5,271,702.54.
