Ash Street paving

The City of Alva Street Department finishes asphalt paving on the south half of Ash Street Thursday morning. Residents will be able to drive on the surface by evening. Then the north half will be paved. The crew is working on the "tree streets" east of Noble Street and south of Oklahoma Boulevard.
