A reception was held Wednesday afternoon in the lobby of the Woods County Courthouse to honor Woods County Extension Educator Greg Highfill, who is pictured with his wife Misty. Karen Armbruster also received the Distinguished Educator award a couple of years ago. OSU officials said Woods County is the only one in the state that has received two of these awards – the most pretigious presented by the Extension Service.
