    Friday, Oct. 11, is the last day to apply for voter registration in order to be eligible to vote in the Nov. 5 General Election, Woods County Election Board Secretary Holly Blevins said today.     A fatal wreck occurred on Monday, Oct. 7, at 10:30 a.m. in Woodward County. The location was on South County Road 223 and East County Road 57, approximately three miles south and eight miles east of Mutual.
