    Sunday afternoon about 4:10, a single vehicle accident occurred 1 mile northeast of Kiowa, Kansas, on KS-2 at mile post 13.5. The crash resulted in a temporary power outage for the towns of Kiowa and Burlington. KHP Trooper Charley Brattin worked the accident.     A Cherokee woman is accused of taking $300 in cash from her employer. Samantha Pinnell, aka Samantha Renee Wells, 29, has been charged with three misdemeanor counts of embezzlement.
