    Three new teachers and two new counselors were approved by the Alva Board of Education Monday. Kayla Ledbetter comes from the Tulsa Public Schools and will teach pre-K. Sadie Wilson has lived in Texas the past three years but came back to Oklahoma and will teach pre-K. Annalisa Roggow has been a substitute with the Alva schools and will now teach fifth grade.     Just 30 years old, Alex Kuhr of Kiowa, Kansas, died from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident the afternoon of July 4th. The accident, which was reported in the Newsgram last week, happened on blacktop County Road 580, which is just east of Burlington and about five miles north (and southeast of Kiowa).
