    A Cleo Springs man was injured in a two-vehicle collision Sunday in Major County. Joseph Reed Barnhill, 23, of Cleo Springs was transported by Air-Evac to OU Medical in Oklahoma City where he was admitted in stable condition with head and trunk external injuries.     A Jet man has been charged with manslaughter in Alfalfa County. Billy Leroy Cook, 41, of Jet has been charged with manslaughter – first degree, a felony.     A felony charge has been filed against an Enid woman. Court documents allege she was involved in delivering contraband to James Crabtree Correctional Center (JCCC) at Helena. In that incident on May 10, Curtis Michael Riley, 25, of Enid was charged with a felony of bringing contraband weapons into a penal institution.     South Barber's Board of Education held a special meeting the morning of May 18 to discuss non-elected personnel and student issues in executive session. Upon return to open session, the board voted to hire Clint Erikson as a middle school math teacher.
