    The Alva Arena Authority met Tuesday, May 2, for the first time since December. Most of the meeting was held in executive session. Chairman Gregg Glass opened the meeting with trustees Mike Hood, Dr. Janet Cunningham, Melinda Barton and Todd Holder present. Absent were Daren Slater and Darrell Kline.     KANSAS CITY, Kan. (AP) — Relatives are demanding justice for a 6-year-old boy who was killed outside his Kansas home in a drive-by shooting that police said doesn't appear to be random.
