    During their meeting on Monday, the Woods County commissioners approved the use of the courthouse lawn for the annual Alva Fire Department Easter Egg Hunt.     On April 5, Waynoka citizens will head to the polls to weigh in on a new school bond. The $1.7 million bond, if passed, would allow the school to build a bus barn and ag barn, along with a lean-to on the south edge of the school farm.     On the April 5 ballot this year is a question of whether the Freedom town clerk should be appointed or elected. The reason for the question appearing on the ballot, said trustee Michelle Shelite, was to find a town clerk who meets the state's requirements for eligibility, but to do so in a way that removes the requirement that that person live within town limits.
