    A Carmen woman was arrested on drug charges after someone reported a vehicle being driven erratically. According to court records, on Feb. 27 about 8:56 p.m. an individual reported a possible drunk driver to Woods County E911 dispatch. The red car was going south on U.S. Highway 281, north of State Highway 45.     A man from Kingfisher is facing a felony charge in Alfalfa County. Tanner Stanton Ducotey, 21, of Kingfisher is charged with obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus check. A warrant has been issued for his arrest. According to court papers, Ducotey gave a check for $898.89 to an employee of Joe Weve. The check was drawn on ACB Bank of Cherokee.     Since the existence of South Barber High School in Kiowa, Kansas, in 1974, only two boys basketball teams have made it to state until now, according to coaches.
