    Covid-19 is still causing a bit of uncertainty for the 51st annual Nescatunga Arts Festival in Alva. Normally held each year on the first Saturday in June, the festival was canceled last year because of the pandemic and has now been pushed back this year to Nov. 6.     The annual academic summer camp for high school students associated with Northwestern Oklahoma State University’s Upward Bound and Upward Bound Math and Science program will begin on the Alva campus with move-in day on Sunday, May 30, from 4 to 6 p.m. The students will live in university housing while on campus and will eat their meals in Coronado Café.     ASHER, Okla. (AP) — Three people were killed and two others injured in a head-on collision Friday in central Oklahoma, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.     HOLTON, Kan. (AP) — A man whose case has divided his small northeast Kansas town has struck a plea deal with prosecutors that will likely put him in prison for 10 years. Jacob C.
