    Joshua Orin Hansel, 39, of Alva, was injured Wednesday when he was ejected from his vehicle in a rollover. He was transported by Alfalfa County EMS to Share Hospital in Alva before being transported by Alva EMS to Wesley Hospital in Wichita, Kansas. Rawlins County emergency responders found the bodies of 74-year-old Gary Withers and 41-year-old Daniel Withers Feb. 1 on a farm in northwest Kansas.     LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) — University of Kansas officials say crimes reported on the Lawrence campus in 2018 dropped to the lowest level in 10 years.
