    This year the Burlington basketball teams had several players that worked hard to get awards. For the boys' team, sophomore Zane Willard was an All-Conference Honorable Mention.     The Burlington boy's golf team started their season last week. They played at Meadowlake golf course in Enid. This year's four golf team members are Ky Smith, JC Crusinbery, Weston Allen and Zane Willard. This will be Zane Willard's first time competing in golf.     Teresa Sims is the kindergarten teacher at Burlington Public School. She has been teaching at Burlington for five years and is finishing her 26th year.     Looking into the future, sometimes you don’t know where you’re going. As a senior in high school, this is one of those times when you don’t know where the road goes.   • Deck the halls with magic

    Burlington will celebrate the magic at this year's homecoming. The theme of the homecoming is Disney. All through the week were dress-up days for the students. Pre-K through 6th grade competed in a poster contest related to the homecoming theme. While that was going on, the 7th through 12th grade students were battling to see who can build the best mini float.
